Hölderlin’s expressions are totally incredible. He expressing the nature like it is something that you can hold with bare hand. His poems let you be with all beautiful creatures. In his verses, nature transforming something that you can open like a door. And so if you are brave to open that door you are welcoming by stars of existence, joy of live and hopeful of being. As Heidegger said Hölderlin was a greatest poet who expose being as an ontological aim, we can claim also that Hölderlin was just a generous doorkeeper to infinite joy of being who left a lot of keys in his verses. But rising to clouds and dancing with Hyperion comes with price, maybe not falling to Tartarus but a way to Tubingen. Along his insanity which proceed 36 years he lived with Zimmer family in their family house which has a tower. He did not go outside for years and Zimmer family did take care of him with love. He was lefted by his famous friends and mom to loneliness. His madness was transforming him something different. In 1826, Christoph Theodor Schwab (his biographer) brought him his book. He did accept the gift and flips through the pages. He wrote a new poem on it and signed by a new name: “Scardanelli.” This was name choosed by him. After that he named himself “Scardanelli” and signed poems with this name. This name has no etymological origin or mean. It was made up by insane mind. Maybe this was also a clue or key that we have to catch. After all, the only thing left if we have courage to open that door hiding in the pure, beautiful, meaningfull nature, we reach the aimless, unnecessere, meaningless of being. That would be a joyfull joke of Hölderlin.
