–“§ 1. “The world is my idea:” —this is a truth which holds good for everything that lives and knows, though man alone can bring it into reflective and abstract consciousness. If he really does this, he has attained to philosophical wisdom. It then becomes clear and certain to him that what he knows is not a sun and an earth, but only an eye that sees a sun, a hand that feels an earth; that the world which surrounds him is there only as idea, i.e., only in relation to something else, the consciousness, which is himself. (Arthur Schopenhauer, The World As Will And Idea)

Schopenhauer(right) exposed the inaccessibility of reality through consciousness by revealing the universe realized in the subject. The world is a thought that is built with the fiction of consciousness and acts with will. Schopenhauer revealed the world as a design, but his exposition was embodied in the digital age.

–Useless to ask which is the first term, there is none, it is a circular process - that of simulation, that of the hyperreal. The hyperreality of communication and of meaning. More real than the real, that is how the real is abolished. (Jean Baudrillard, Simulacra and Simulation)

As Baudrillard (left) states, actions have turned into signs and visuals into images in the digital age. While the imaginary world of the individual occupied reality in the past, it now replaces reality thanks to the screen. Schopenhauer's prophecy came true with simularks, the ultimate result of man's transformative nature. Now our perception of reality has been destroyed and the world that we have never been able to experience, it has already slipped through our hands. Dramatically, it is the melted reality that we have reached in the result of whole historical process.

–Without noticing it, all mankind suddenly left reality. (Elias Canetti, The Human Province)
